THE OUTLANDER is about uncovering the lives of two extraordinary people that are often hidden in the shadows of structured society. It's about breaking through the idea that people living against social norms cannot have a positive image in society. We follow John and Toni through a few months of their lives, documenting their experiences and learning what it means to be an Outlander. They tell us first hand the troubles they go through, but also explain the positives of how they live. Being an Outlander means caring for your neighbors, doing what you can to survive, spreading love and kindness, and most importantly helping others. John and Toni show us this throughout our time with them.
